Senior Program Manager  [top] - Responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and financial/technical performance of one or more intermediate to large programs that consist of multiple projects. Participates in contract negotiations. Performs managerial tasks within contractual specifications, customer direction, and TruLogic policies and procedures. Directs and oversees tasking of project personnel either directly or through the use of subordinate managers. Identifies and allocates resources required to perform tasking. Develops technical and financial documentation and reports progress against schedule/budget on a regular basis. Serves as the customer's focal point of contact for technical and contractual issues.

Program Manager  [top] - Responsible for the planning, implementation, administration and financial/technical performance of a small to medium sized program consisting of multiple projects. Participates directly in contract negotiations/fact finding. Performs managerial tasks within contractual specification, customer direction, and TruLogic policies and procedures. Directs and oversees associated projects and their personnel. Identifies and allocates program resources to each project within the program, based on the requirements of each project. Requires input from project management concerning the performance of each project. Develops and maintains technical and financial progress reports for the entire program.

Senior Principal Applications Developer [top] - Responsible for overseeing the design and development of advanced technology solutions. Designs and develops the processes and applications used to convert, publish, maintain, and use technical data. Responsible for the system architecture supporting these processes. May be required to act as technical lead on software development projects. Involved with providing recommended solutions to clients as well as providing information concerning time-line and schedule to management. Required to handle or consult on all complex design and development and provide technical assistance to less experienced applications developers in the identification and resolution of problems associated with the maintenance of complex applications. Responsible for investigating new technology on a normal basis. Must have the ability to perform all duties described in Senior Applications Developer and may, at times, be required to do so.

Senior Applications Developer [top] - Responsible for the development of advanced technology solutions to support the client’s business needs.  Designs and develops the processes and applications used to convert, publish and maintain technical data.  Ensures that adequate recovery procedures are included in all designs.  Develops and implements Document Type Definitions (DTDs), Formatting Output Specification Instances (FOSIs), and electronic presentation stylesheets.  Develops processes to convert data from proprietary publishing systems to Standard Generalized Markup Language (SGML) and/or eXtensible Markup Language (XML).  Provides technical assistance to less experienced applications developers in the identification and resolution of complex design and maintenance problems.

Applications Developer [top] - Responsible for the development of applications to support any project requirement, for internal use or to be distributed to clients. Developer will be given parameters and exact application requirements. Responsible for selecting the appropriate language to use in creating required applications. Responsible for providing input on system design and architecture. Responsible for aiding in the development of Document Type Definitions (DTDs), Formatting Output Specification Instances (FOSIs), and electronic presentation stylesheets (XSL). Provides maintenance and support for existing data conversion processes, publishing processes and SGML/XML transformation processes. Responsible for error handling in all applications.

Senior Systems Programmer/Analyst [top] - Responsible for designing and developing software programs required as tools or to support client requirements. Responsible for analyzing system requirements and specifications, user requirements, workflow and re-engineering alternatives. Responsible for decisions regarding purchasing new software, or creating in-house software to accomplish required tasks. Develops programs (including coding, testing, debugging, and documentation) and consults on other development projects. Required to keep current on emerging technologies and learn new languages as necessary.

Systems Programmer/Analyst [top] - Responsible for developing software programs required as tools or to support client requirements.  To that end, identifies user requirements, conducts systems analysis (including preparation of specifications and designs), analyzes workflow and re-engineering alternatives, and develops programs (including coding, testing, debugging and documentation).  Maintains the development and production code libraries.

Associate Programmer/Analyst [top] - Responsible for assisting in the development of software tools and programs.  Under close supervision, performs coding, testing, debugging, and develops program documentation.  Researches software product releases and evaluates beta versions of software applications.  Performs routine maintenance and administration of Microsoft Networking environments and UNIX stations.  Assists the software development staff with customer support.

MIS Production Engineer [top] - Responsible for maintaining the Local Area Network (LAN), troubleshooting daily computer problems, monitoring and correction of all systems, set up of desktop and laptop computers, creating all media/data back-ups, controlling/ensuring system-wide security and virus related protocols, and administering and monitoring password compliance on systems. Plans, accomplishes, and documents computer systems maintenance activities. Performs production functions as directed in support of special projects and programming.

Senior Quality Assurance Specialist [top] - Responsible for ensuring deliverable products (including changes/revisions) meet specified functional, technical and business requirements. Defines testing requirements relating to specific types of deliverables. Identifies, describes, and tracks problems until their resolution. Trains subordinate quality specialists. Assists in troubleshooting/pinpointing problems and possible areas of improvement. Interfaces with management, functional, technical and client personnel.

Quality Assurance Specialist [top] - Responsible for preparing and maintaining processes and procedures for evaluating software and associated documentation to ensure compliance with client specifications. Evaluates the quality of system design, processes, material, and deliverable products. Analyzes test data obtained to ascertain that the test accomplished specific requirements. Interfaces with clients and project personnel for quality assurance audits and resolution of discrepancies.

Senior Production Specialist [top] - Responsible for the production of digital documentation deliverables, including SGML tagged files.  Analyzes documentation to identify information requirements.  Preconditions data to the requirements of the conversion program by standardizing the digital data.  Runs conversion programs on the standardized files and manually “cleans up” the data to meet the requirements of the specification.  Parses data and makes corrections as required.

Production Specialist [top] - Responsible for the production of digital documentation deliverables, including SGML tagged files.  Preconditions data to the requirements of the conversion program by standardizing the digital data.  Runs conversion programs on the standardized files and manually “cleans up” the data to meet the requirements of the specification.  Parses data and makes corrections as required.

Senior Technical Illustrator [top] - Primarily responsible for creating and managing technical illustrations using various software programs. Develops artwork for a variety of end products, including schematic wiring diagrams, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), flow diagrams and three-dimensional drawings. converts existing electronic/digitized illustrations (provided as source data) into a format compatible with the end product being developed for the client, such as an Electronic Technical Manual (ETM). Responsible for creating batch processes to perform graphic conversions and other graphic manipulations.

Technical Illustrator [top] - Primarily responsible for creating and managing technical illustrations using software programs.  Develops artwork for a variety of end products, including schematic wiring diagrams, Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs), flow diagrams and three-dimensional drawings.  Converts existing electronic/digitized illustrations (provided as source data) into a format compatible with the end product being developed for the client, such as an Electronic Technical Manual (ETM).

Senior Technical Writer [top] - Responsible for planning, organizing and leading writers and graphics personnel in the creation and maintenance of technical documentation associated with complex electronic, electrical, powerplant, and mechanical systems, and well as other equipment. Writes, in clear and concise language, such technical documents as procedure manuals, service manuals, and related technical publications concerned with installation, operation, and maintenance of systems and equipment. Acquires or verifies knowledge of subject by interviewing and/or observing workers engaged in performing services for subject system/equipment, and referring to blueprints, sketches, video, engineering drawings and similar publications. Interfaces with functional and program management, engineering, suppliers, and user personnel.

Technical Writer/Editor [top] - Responsible for organizing material and writing/revising documentation according to specified Government and international Information Technology (IT) standards (such as SGML and XML) regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style, and terminology.  Proofreads and edits own work.  Maintains style guides for individual manual types.  Uses automated tools for data authoring/tagging.  Captures screens and graphics as needed for illustration purposes.  Coordinates the production of final copy of printed data.  Participates in development/test reviews and audits.

Configuration/Data Management Specialist [top] - Responsible for controlling the document libraries and release status for documents and software.  Develops and disseminates standards for change control and configuration management.  Establishes/maintains tracking systems to monitor and control development, revisions and delivery.
